Whether you are just graduating college, starting out in real estate, or looking for a solid part-time job, we want you to join our team of Young Realtors and lead the community of Glassboro and Rowan.

Qualifications/Requirements (must haves):

  • Passed the NJ Real Estate Exam or posses a NJ Real Estate License (but if you don’t have one now, we can help and show you what to do!)
  • Live or go to school in South Jersey
  • Completed high school (additional education and degrees a plus)
  • Computer expertise in Microsoft Word & Excel (with CRM or a database is a plus, but not required)
  • Own a reliable vehicle
  • Willing to work independently in a small office setting staying organized
  • Willing to meet new people and relate to them
  • Able to learn and apply new material easily while establishing goals
  • A friendly, outgoing & energetic personality with a drive to be your own boss
  • Honesty, Self-Motivation, Creative Thinking, and Teamwork Skills

Availability: At least a few hours per week for office floor time

Pay: 100% Commission (starts at 50/50 split with Realtor or Broker)

Responsibilities/Tasks (including but not limited to):

  • Assist the public in the protection and transference of rights to real property in a fiduciary relationship
  • Conduct face-to-face appointments and showings with potential buyers, sellers, renters, or landlords
  • Obtain & deliver signed listing agreements, leases, sale agreements, and purchasing contracts
  • Counsel & qualify buyers or renters, hold transactions together, present offers, and negotiate to close
  • Assist in arranging finances and follow up on clients after closing deals
  • Attend & participate in business meetings, open houses, trainings, networking events, and fairs
  • Distribute promotional materials and flyers throughout campuses & local businesses
  • Update& maintain your social media sites with our business
  • Join & use TREND MLS, Zip Forms, the local Board of REALTORS, and the REALTORS Code of Ethics
  • Perform additional duties as suggested by Broker, Owner, or Supervisor/Manager
  • Learn, understand, and master the real estate game
  • Sharpen your communication and leadership skills being the best you can be
